A HELPING HAND

Let’s keep
things moving.

Questions about setthesignal? We’re here to help.

Launch and beta updates

Our email list is for occasional setthesignal launch news and beta opportunities. Joining does not create a game account or automatically enrol you in TestFlight. We show a confirmation on the website; no automatic confirmation email is sent.

To unsubscribe, correct your address or request deletion, email Support from the address you registered and tell us what you need. You can also contact us if the sign-up form does not work. See our website privacy information.

Report a problem in the game

In the app, open Settings → Report a problem, or use the report button after a run. Review the build, challenge or board, attempt and traffic details, add what happened, then copy or share them. Nothing is sent automatically. Please do not include passwords or private account information.

Your progress

Guest progress and earned powers belong to this installation. They cannot currently be restored on another device. Keep the app installed when updating; deleting it can lose local progress.

Maps and offline play

Solo and downloaded City boards remain playable offline. Map imagery, new downloads and current records need a connection. Pending results can upload when you reconnect. Location permission is optional: browse places or cycle through the catalogue without it.

Delete guest data

Settings → Delete guest data removes local progress, powers, pending uploads and linked online results. This is permanent. A connection is needed to complete online deletion; if interrupted, reopen the app and retry. Do not delete your guest just to troubleshoot an update. For assistance or a privacy request, email support@shopsplit.uk.

About the invited beta

The beta includes Solo challenges and selected ready-to-play City boards. Some future challenges are unavailable. Live Scan, prototype games and development tools are not part of the invited beta. Place standings are provisional.
